Acer has introduced yet another line of new gaming laptops for 2022. Its popular model, Predator Helios 300, will get the SpatialLabs treatment. The 15.6-inch gaming laptop will be one of the first to feature the company’s new 3D tech, which it says will provide “a more immersive gaming experience.”
The laptop comes with a display that lets you see 3D content without having to wear glasses. It includes “over 50 popular games at launch,” and Acer plans to add support for new games in the future.
As anyone who’s ever used a laptop with a built-in camera knows, the quality is usually not great. But Acer is promising that its new Helios 300 will have a 4K camera with “a liquid crystal lenticular lens optically bonded on top of it.” This means that the display can switch between 2D and 3D modes, which could be really impressive. Unfortunately, we don’t yet know how well this technology will work in real life, but we’re hopeful that it will be an improvement over what we’ve seen in the past.
This laptop features:
- Intel’s 12th Gen Core i9 processors
- Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080
- 32GB of DDR5 RAM clocked at 4,800MHz
- PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs.
- Ports: an HDMI 2.1 port, a Thunderbolt 4 port, and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports.
This laptop is sure to be a powerhouse, perfect for gaming, video editing, and other resource-intensive tasks. It’s HDMI 2.1 port will allow for smooth playback of 4K video content at up to 120fps, and its Thunderbolt 4 port will enable lightning-fast data transfer speeds of up to 40Gbps. Whether you’re a power user or just a casual consumer, this laptop has something to offer everyone.
The Predator Triton 300 SE is another of their latest models, and it impressed gamers with its powerful specs and sleek design. Now, Acer has announced a new Triton 300 SE for 2022, which includes support for 12th Gen Intel processors, the latest Nvidia RTX GPUs, and the option for a 16:10 aspect ratio OLED panel.
Acer is one of the leading manufacturers of gaming laptops, and they continue to innovate with each new release.
