TP-Link Archer 8 Ultra BN19000
Whole-Home Wi-Fi, Multi-Gig Fiber Internet, Smart Home/IoT, 4K/8K Streaming, High-Density Device Networks, Mesh Expansion
Overview
The TP-Link Archer 8 Ultra BN19000 (also known as Archer BN800) is the first consumer Wi-Fi 8 (IEEE 802.11bn draft) router, a tri-band model delivering up to 19 Gbps of aggregate wireless speed. It pairs 18 internal antennas with TP-Link's StabilityEngine, whose Unequal Modulation and Non-Primary Channel Access technologies target congestion and interference to keep connections up to 30% more stable than Wi-Fi 7. A 10 Gbps wired port supports multi-gig fiber. Announced at IFA 2026, it opens for pre-order September 30, 2026, with launch pricing not yet published.
Key Highlights
- World's first consumer Wi-Fi 8 (IEEE 802.11bn draft) router, delivering up to 19 Gbps aggregate tri-band wireless speeds rated BN19000
- 18 internal high-performance antennas with Wi-Fi 8 StabilityEngine (Unequal Modulation UEQM, Non-Primary Channel Access) to reduce congestion and hold connections up to 30% more stable than Wi-Fi 7
- 10 Gbps wired connectivity announced for multi-gig fiber plans, NAS, and high-speed LAN transfers
- Wi-Fi 8 draft standard focuses on real-world reliability, interference resistance, and many-device networking rather than raw peak speed
- Pre-order opens September 30, 2026 via the TP-Link Store in select regions
