Overview

The GPD WIN Max 3 is the 2026 successor to the WIN Max 2, packing AMD's Strix Halo Ryzen AI Max+ 395 or 388 processor into a compact 9.06-inch clamshell that doubles as a mini laptop and handheld gaming PC. Its removable magnetic 97.53Wh battery module and optional external fan module let users hot-swap power on the go and push the 45-110W TDP chip to its limits. With up to 128GB of LPDDR5X-8000 memory, a 165Hz AMOLED touchscreen, USB4, and a full keyboard with integrated gamepad controls, it targets power users who want one device for gaming, AI workloads, and productivity.
