Overview

The PELADN Link S-3 is a compact open-frame Thunderbolt 5 external GPU dock that transforms a laptop, mini PC, or handheld into a desktop-class gaming and workstation machine. Based on the Intel JHL9480 Thunderbolt 5 controller, it offers dual 80Gbps Thunderbolt 5 ports with up to 140W host charging and a downstream port with DisplayPort 2.1 output, plus a mechanical PCIe x16 GPU slot running electrically at PCIe 4.0 x4. The dock also adds USB, 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, SD 4.0, and an M.2 2280 SSD slot, while accepting a user-selected ATX or SFX power supply — GPU and PSU are not included.
