Overview
The Kensington SD5000T5 EQ Thunderbolt 5 Triple 4K Docking Station is the world's first Intel-certified Thunderbolt 5 dock, expanding a single host port into 11 connections including three Thunderbolt 5 downstream ports, three USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, dual card readers, audio, and 2.5Gbps Ethernet. It delivers up to 80Gbps data transfer (120Gbps with Bandwidth Boost), supports triple 4K @144Hz or dual 8K @60Hz displays, and provides up to 140W PD 3.1 charging for the host laptop. Its aluminum chassis is built from 100% post-consumer recycled aluminum, features specialized Off-Host Charging so connected devices stay powered with the host unplugged, and is managed via the free Kensington DockWorks companion app. Fully backward compatible with Thunderbolt 4, USB4 and USB-C hosts running Windows 11 (23H2 or later) or macOS 14.5 or later.
