6 Best Drawing Tablets For Game Design (Krita, Paint tool SAI and Photoshop Support)

Drawing tablets are essential for artists working with game design. The possibilities they offer are simply immense!

A drawing tablet can be used to draw on the computer like a pencil would. The screen is filled with light and when you touch it, there are pressure sensors that allow for lines of varying thicknesses depending how hard or soft you press down. Drawing tablets come in all different sizes from small ones designed for travel to large ones made specifically for animation studios and artists. They also come with customizable buttons so they can be tailored to each individual user’s needs.

With a drawing tablet, an artist will no longer have any limitations as far as the size canvas they want to work on goes because it takes up only one spot instead of many sheets of paper laid out before them at once. It saves time by not having to move your arm back and forth between the paper and your drawing utensils. The pressure sensors also help to make sure every line is perfect because it can react differently depending on how hard or soft you press down.

  1. Thanks for sharing!
People don’t need a “professional” software or tablet to create good art, I use a XP-Pen Artist 12 (2nd Generation) display graphic tablet and a Krita program. Anything can work and get the job done really.
